Who We Are
Education is forever—transforming lives and leaving a legacy of change that echoes through generations.
Education Is Forever
is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students reach college — and succeed once they get there. We believe every student, no matter their background or life path, deserves a real opportunity to earn a degree and build a meaningful career.
Our team works directly with students, educators, and community partners to bridge the gap between high school and higher education. We focus on guidance, mentorship, and resources that address the real barriers students face — like financial challenges, limited access to information, or lack of personal support.

College Success Director
Eder grew up in the small city of Bell, located southeast of Los Angeles. He came from proud Mexican immigrant parents who wanted the best for their four sons. Like many young men in my community, he was confused and needed strong college guidance. He always knew he wanted to go to college but like many of my peers, he never was provided the privilege to aspire towards a life of higher education. After high school he worked various jobs but always knew he wanted to attend his dream school, UCLA. At the age of twenty-one, he decided to take his education seriously and attended East Los Angeles Community College (ELAC). While working full time he achieved my dream and transferred to UCLA for his B.A. Shortly after, he decided to attain his master's degree and attended USC. As a result of his inadequate guidance as a young man, Eder strives to be that guidance for anyone to identify their potential to achieve their educational aspirations.College Success Director

Empowering Students
We expose undeserved students in alternative high school settings to new and exciting college and career opportunities, as well as funding for higher education.
Scholarship
We partner with alternative high schools to provide scholarships to students who need it most — giving them a chance to continue their education without financial stress.
Mentorship
Our three-part mentorship model — Financial, Academic, and Personal Wellness — supports students in all areas of life. We connect each student with caring mentors who help them stay motivated, manage challenges, and reach their goals.
Fellowship
We empower community college students and graduates to become leaders through our Fellowship Program. Participants develop leadership skills, network with professionals, and give back by mentoring new students.
More than any other reason, students drop out of college because they have to work to support themselves or their families. Our programs create solutions that help students stay in school and succeed.
