The final application and supporting documents must be submitted to the form by Monday June 22nd at 11:59PM.
Selection Process
- Applications are due on June 22nd.
- Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors as well as select volunteers.
- Selection announcements will be made the week of July 3rd.
- Selected candidates will attend two Summer Bridge workshops to help them prepare for college, receive coaching and get paired with a mentor.
- Scholars will receive half of their financial award after they enroll in their Fall Semester college classes.
Mentorship and Coaching
- Scholars will attend 2 Summer Bridge Program meetings as well as monthly Huddle Ups throughout the school year to connect with mentors and receive college coaching.
- Scholars will be paired with mentors after the Summer Bridge Program.
- In addition to the Monthly Huddle Ups, scholars will have opportunities to connect with their mentors, Edu is Forever Fellows, and Edu is Forever Directors on a regular basis to receive coaching and support.
